Some of Detroit's finest professional dancers perform the "Light Up Detroit" theme song at major events and venues.  

 

Erynn Edwards - Choreographer / Dancer Erynn was formally trained at Renaissance High School before specializing in dance at Michigan State University. She has performed at The Detroit Auto Show, in Musical Theatre and for the Opening Ceremonies of the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix. She is a member of The Detroit Pistons Dance Team.

 

Danielle Wallace - Choreographer Danielle was a member of the Michigan State University dance team and its Urban Dreams Hip-Hop dance team and Orchesis. She is currently a member of the "Jeffrey and The Artist Ballet & Modern Dance Company" and a dance instructor for the Shultz Dance Academy and the Northwest Activities Center.

 

Danielle Alecia - Dancer Danielle began her dance career at the Winans Academy of Performing Arts at and is classically trained in Ballet, Jazz and Modern Dance. She danced in the repertory company at Michigan State University and has danced with the Moscow Ballet and Cincinnati Ballet. She is completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

 

Raven Carter - Dancer Raven trained at the Detroit-Windsor Dance Academy and at Oakland University where she was a member of the Intrigue Dance Team. She became a member of the Detroit Pistons' "D-Town Dance Team" and performed halftime shows for TLC, Faith Evans, Salt 'n Pepa, and Sheila E. She is also a singer and an actress.

 

Jazzmine Rembert - Dancer Jazzmine is professionally trained in Jazz and Hip-Hop. She is a member of Juliana's Academy of Dance and is the Head Dance Coach of the Northwest Cougars Dance Team. She performed at the "World Nationals Competition" and has participated in dance competitions in several countries.
